Hey @Raj Bathula - I am a member of the academy. It's not cheap, but I'm pretty impressed by the quality of resources and coaching they offer. You need to be the squeaky wheel sometimes, but it's a great blueprint, and a great community. We are zeroing in on our first STR now. I'm thinking of it as a small part of a big investment in an STR property. Make use of the 6 month period, don't commit until you're ready to spend the time.

For what it's worth, I am not a massive success story who has turned that program into an STR empire, (yet) but I think the course and community are really valuable.

Hey All! Does anyone have a recommended Tucson realtor who specializes in STRs?

@Chuck Tracy Do you have experience with Michael Elefante's program? Are there other programs you believe are more valuable?
