@Wayne Brooks

So I could get it appraised to refinance and they wouldn’t ask about the permit on the addition?

I recently did a addition to my property, but I did the work myself did not have a permit pulled. Would I still be able to have my property appraised to refinance and pull out equity?

@Merle Brubacker

How is the interest rate on a business loan compared to getting a interest rate on a mortgage? Is there a big difference?

I’m going to a bank shortly I’m just hearing I should go with a smaller bank like a credit union. I have some equity in my home but my lender said I should wait a few more years to pull out a heloc or refinance because I got a first time homebuyer loan of 15k that is forgiven after 5 years. 3k is forgiven every year that I live there as my primary address.

I’m 25 I have a 787 credit score. I want to buy a 2nd property here in FL but I’m worried about my debt to income, I don’t think a bank will approve me of another loan so I was thinking about trying to get a business loan?

@Adam Gollatz @Bobby MontagneI’m 24 years old I have 30k in cash. I’m looking to buy my first investment property in Tampa FL. I’m just back and forth about wanting to go single family or multi family. I feel that I should start out slow and go single family just to learn to be a landlord and the ins and outs of the business. What are your thoughts?
