I recently just purchased a investment property in Pensacola, FL and I'm looking for some great recommendations on contractors. Its seems like all the good ones are scheduling almost a year out.  I guess things are pretty busy over there, if you have any recommendations please send them my way.

Hi There Everyone, 

I'm just about to purchase my first investment property out of state and it is exciting and terrifying at the same time. I working on getting a hard money loan to purchase but could definitely use some good recommendations of contractors out in the Pensacola area?  Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Scott, I’m considering buying a investment property out in Pensacola and I came across your post, just curious as to why you were not able to evict? Are the tenant laws strict in Florida? It was there some other specific situation that was the problem?

Hi Jay, yes I think that would be a great idea, I’d love to connect with anyone when I make it over there.

I heard about Pensacola from a fellow Realtor that lives out there, we met at my companies annual convention and he was just telling me how up and coming that area is. It’s a hidden gem he stated.

Thank you so much Rebecca for the great info, that will be very helpful for my trip. I also know there is a military base around there, so I was also considering something around that area as well. It would be great to connect at some point when I make it over there.

I could use some guidance from anyone who is familiar the Pensacola area.

I’m a Real Estate Agent in California for the last 7 years, I purchased my first house over a year ago and doing a little house hacking at the moment.

Now my goal is to invest in out of state properties and educate myself on different areas. Pensacola came on my radar, with the growth potential.

I would love to connect with any investors or other realtors out in that area during my visit.

I plan to be out there Dec 1st - Dec 4th.

Also, any recommendations on where to stay would be greatly appreciated.
