Have a tenant in my property that is a nurse, who is working every day. Every time there's an issue that requires repairs to be done in the property she wants me to find someone who can come in early before 8am or after 5pm. I've been struggling with that schedule. I had water damage in the property due to a leak. This happened end of October 2021. I had to get water damage repair contractor (2x), water mitigation contractor (3x), insurance damage estimator, repair estimator (2x). All these were hard to arrange and make near impossible due to her schedule demands. The repair work on water damage is scheduled to begin end of the month and I still need a contractor for carpet replacement to come out measure and then schedule the work. She has a dog and refuses to let anyone in her house without her being there.

What is my course of action here?
