@Yonah Weiss I have my bachelors in sports medicine and a masters degree in business. I feel that neither of these degrees have really helped me with real estate investing. However, I learned a lot from reading and watching videos on my own.

i am still a little New when it comes to analyzing a property and seeing if it is worth the passive income.. so I feel that once i am comfortable with that i will definitely take action! My lease does not end until feb.. so if I plan on living in one property I should def start looking soon !

Also, I am going to buy Curelops house hacking book. I think that will give me needed knowledge on the matter.

Hey there everyone !

For the past 6 months I have been addicted to using my spare time to figure out how I can get rich and receive passive income. I spend a lot of my free time reading and watching videos on real estate investing. I have money saved up and plan on investing in my first property next year. I still want to study more before I am comfortable enough to go on with this process. I have became fond of the idea of house hacking a multi family property, I currently reside in Vegas... any advice ? Books, seminars, videos I should look into that will help my future out :))
