I have a property in California. My tenants have been late on their rent before the Pandemic and they have been given accommodations. Their lease is up in July 31 and they were send a termination of lease. They want to stay until May 2021. During this pandemic they miss a month’s payment and did not provide documentation for being affected by this pandemic. They paid the miss month rent. The problem is I don’t want to renew a lease because of these issues, they are refusing to leave and are seeking Legal advice. As a landlord what legal action can I take if they stop paying and decide not to move, because they are headed that direction. Again they are not affect by the pandemic because there was no documentation given.

Hi, I been interest in Real Estate since the longest. What gets my attention is property management. I have experience With management but in retail for 3 years. I just don’t know where to start off.Any suggestions?
