I have a rental property that I just purchased using hard money and need to refinance as soon as possible.  Are you aware of any lenders with a short seasoning period ( no more than 6 months) that will refinance off of the appraised amount and will do a cash out refi?

Thanks Jay. Halperin Lyman is the one that drafted the 8 page contract. I have sample contracts that are shorter but I feel more comfortable if it's been reviewed by a GA attorney

I'm looking for a short purchase and sales contract to use for wholesale deals. My attorney drafted an 8 page contract. I sent him a one page contract that he said was insufficient.  Does anyone have a shorter contract that has been reviewed by an attorney in Georgia?
