1 - The most important thing in your life is your education.  Why would you not pay for it?

2 - Don't just jump into the first offer for education your come across.  It may be great, but you aren't ready yet to figure out what will work for you and what won't.

3 - With regards to #'1 1 and 2...I'm still learning, and I will until the day I die.

4 - Join your local REIC group.  Get the basics there.  Network there with others that are both experienced as well as newbies like you.  You'll find the pros will help you (not all...so don't get frustrated when you come across one that won't).  The other newbies will give you a "buddy" that will be in the same position as you...and that will help working/learning together.

5 - Keep coming back here to ask questions.

Thank you Joe! May you have MUCH success in your real estate ventures!

1st of all. I did NOT just uproot my children. Not sure how you and your family operate but we help our own in this family. As far as quitting my job goes I was out on what's called FMLA in case you never heard of it. It's when you are off of work for a certain period of time for family related medical reasons. Ask me questions first before calling your bright _ commenting on that which you know not. I have tough skin but when an idiot calls themselves coming for me I react. Furthermore, I don't recall asking if one feels as if I have made the right decision on moving back home to California when I did. Could also care less about your weak keen senses. Apparently they don't work but thanks for your keen condolences anyway. As far walking before running you don't know what I already knew never even bothered to ask before calling your bright_ putting me down. I think I have wasted enough of my time on you. Best of luck to you in your real estate ventures and much success!

Hello All,

I know this may seem pretty crazy to ask but is there anyway to obtain property with little/ no money and have bad credit? I am very new to Real Estate however, I have the drive and ambition to learn. I left everything including my job to come and help my ill grandfather only to find out my dad isn't in the best health condition himself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
