@Kenneth McKeown I am relatively new here to BP, but agree with you - I have been listening to the podcasts and reading the BP books. I am trying to learn how to analyze deals so any recommendations on that? Short term goals - I am stuck between purchasing my first investment property this year (SFH) OR considering a duplex to house hack as that has really interest me. But it goes back to honing my analyzing capabilities.
