He was actually only interested in getting the construction cost from the sale.

I insisted that he will also make some money as profit and i told him i ll give him 1.75m. He agreed. He gave me permission to sell it as much as i want. 

to sell the property, i will list the property online in a variety of websites and through other channels i will seek to find a buyer. 

do u think this happens sometimes? :

the owner gets his money (in this case 1.75m) and the agent (me) gets anything above that amount, even if that amount is 5million, since he is the one who found the buyer.

A property is for sale (land+ 5 buildings with a total of 10 apartments)

The construction cost was 950.000€

The owner would like to get 1.750.000€

I believe i can sell it for even 5.000.000€.

Do you guys sell properties and add a markup of 150% of the asking price?

What is "fair"? Or it's all a matter of an agreement on an individual basis?
