If so, what part of the city? How many units is the property? What was the purchase price and date? And are you making a monthly profit, breaking even, etc.?

@Kevin Fox, thanks for the invite. Unfortunately I'll be out of town this Sat, but I'm definitely interested in any future events. I'll keep an eye out in the events page.

As for strategy, I'm currently looking into $40k - $60k single family homes in the midwest.
