I enjoyed reading your post.  I'm planning to invest in Berwyn in about a year or two.  I will be renting to get to know Berwyn better.  Thank you.

I'm not sure if I'm late to this 3D House printing I've seen recently but in Long Island, SQ4D built a house for sale (legally and approved by the local government).  Selling for $300k when the median price for property in that area is $550k.  They can be custom-made, and in future versions, the printer can self-climb to print skyscrapers.  Had to read that one again.  What do people think about this technology?

I watched a video on the SQ4D company that legally built a 3D Printed house (selling for $300k in an average $550k market) just recently in Long Island, NY and they are getting better at tackling the plumbing, electrical, and making it custom made.  SQ4D says the next version will do 2 stories and the next one after that for Skyscrapers.  It'll be interesting where this technology goes.  I don't think people will ignore it for long.  Just a matter of 'When'.

Hi everyone.  Just discovered BP and looking to connect with like-minded people looking into RE Investing.  I feel like paying $1,600 for a 1 bd in Evanston might be a bit too much for me and would rather learn to house-hack, flip, and other wealth-building strategies.  The lease renews in June and thanks to BP I've made the decision not to renew but to downsize temporarily and focus on my goal to house-hack.  For now, I've been listening to Podcasts and preparing myself for my first purchase.  Most importantly I'd like to connect and learn from other people, attend webinars, and build some momentum.  Thanks, everyone and see you in the forum.
