Kentucky looks like a great market to invest.

But i dont see a lot of economic growth there. 

Does the government invests in cities?

Any corporation (IMB, Google, Automotive or etc) building anything in Louisville?

im starting out in multi res market.
looking for shop around for properties with 20-50 units. Starting at 2mil and up. 

Would anyone recommend mastermind groups? Forums, coaching or anything else?

Hello Everyone! :)

Im looking to connect with other investors to purchase 20-50 unit in Arkansas, Indiana, Illinois (In that order).

Based on my research, those states are the best to shop in and i like Arkansas the most.

Any advice or information is welcome!
