Chris Mason I get what you’re saying but since it was off did it make a difference will it affect me in paying back the loan? I’m not sure what figures was missing we had to pay taxes since it was 1st of month.

Hi Everyone, just curious to see if this’s normal, I was closing on a deal and the numbers from the lender did not match the numbers the lawyer have the lawyer said it does matter because it’s not what we are paying from and the buyer already left it’s too late to change it.. does it matter is it a big deal??

Kate Kratochvil I will find investors to partner up with $3500 is not a lot but I’m sure any newbie starting out would be happy for you to invest then you can negotiate the % on return keep doing it to bring up your cash flow to start your own.
