I investigated a little bit DUN so far I do not know if it makes any sense to work hard on this. To get some small lines of credit on the corporation it was not difficult.

Corporate credit looks like a much easier path than VC funding if you have allready cash flow.

I look also to investigate this site, no ideea if is legit.

Thx dcg123

I will be more than happy to fix my signature. Regarding AdWords I think the concept is oversold or maybe is just me.

I started some AdWords campaigns few tens of dollars and I monitored the log files. For few hundred clicks I got maybe few real visitors and no leads. I will try again (maybe $1000-$2000) when I have more time. I am quite skeptical since I need maybe 100 leads for a transaction. So if after $30-$40 I see no leads it means it does not work for me. (It will cost me $3,000 just for one transaction).

Again maybe I need more experience and also maybe in my geographical area it does not work.

I am looking to build my corporation credit score to buy some investment properties.

Does it make any sense or is just a waste of time, and only my credit score is important. (I have very good personal FICO)

Hi All,

I am in Silicon Valley here there are very few REO, prices are almost the same and sometimes higher than equivalent properties. Is very hard to get discounted properties. Also there are pockets of hot market. The sale volume is very low (50%).
We have more luck with new homes, the builders are more flexible.

I am a computer engineer (Chip Design), I retired in 2000 after the company I worked for, completed a successful IPO. My wife was always addicted to Real Estate. Four years ago we started to work in Real Estate; short after that I took my CA RE Broker license. I never believed that I can really practice Real Estate since I have a right leg disability ( I walk with crutches ). This year I started together with my wife a Real Estate company. We are very strong in Internet Marketing and this proved to be very beneficial for us. So far despite Real Estate downturn this is by far our best year, it looks like for us the downturn work to our advantage. We have quite a lot of buyers from internet and now I try to find more properties.

I would like to have some REO since my buyers are looking all the time for bargains. So far the REO's here do not look like a bargain. At this point we do not have any portfolio buyers. I look for banks or portfolio owners interested in disposing properties here in Silicon Valley one by one.

Thanks dcg123

The market is slow here with some hot pockets. So far is not bad comparing with other areas.
