Hi Pauline Jones ! Indeed, Hallandale Beach is now an up-and-coming neighbor. But it seems like you got a great deal even then. I have been a realtor in this area for the past 4 years and a flipper for 2, and many investors are now buying those apartments with yellow wallpaper and remodeling them to flip later on for a good profit.

Hi everyone!

I'm an investor in South Florida region. Currently seeking for great flip deals and building up capital for me and my clients. I've been a Realtor since 2012, in 2015 decided to move to an investing part of it, and had success since then. Mostly working in North Miami, Aventura, Hallandale Beach and Hollywood areas.

Looking to connect with local community and hopefully work together in the future.

Hey Julius,

I live in Sunny Isles for the last 10 years. It's a very nice and up-and-coming area. Very easy to find tenants. Has a nice beach, many restaurants, and close to Aventura mall.

Hollywood is good too, though not as advanced. You would have to drive to stores if you live on the beachside.

Las Olas is more like south beach. Lots of people and restaurants.

I have a few rentals here myself. The main thing is to buy in a building with easy rules for renting (the least restrictions as possible).

Let me know what exactly are you looking for, I will help you find a great investment property.

Alex
