@Ali BooneHey Ali- thanks for reaching out! I may technically be Santa Monica, but my wife and I are right near the Venice border and we've got a few dream homes over there, so we can almost claim Venice, right? Haha.

Hi! I'm Alex- I'm 27 and I live in Santa Monica with my wife. I'm getting pretty interested in real estate- I'm definitely new at it, but I'm a smart guy, a solid worker and I'm ready to learn and tackle this. Looking to connect with other like-minded people who are already experienced, trying this out or hoping to get started too.

I'm into most aspects of real estate and just trying to get familiar with all of the options out there and dive in. I've mainly been looking into fix&flips and wholesaling and trying to get a feel for what's actually possible in the LA area. 

I'm considering going for a real estate license as well, but that may be down the road. I work from home at the moment so I've got a flexible schedule and I'd really like to get some other sources of income going. Anyone else out there who wants a trainee and/or newbie partner, feel free to reach out!
