Thank you I appreciate the answers. What is a minimum cash flow should I be shooting for?

It's a 3 bedroom condo. Recently remodeled and ready to move in. Close to schools and shopping, gym comes with pool and all amenities covered by HOA.

The asking price is 250k. 20% down.

I will be managing the property. This would be my very first.

There is potential for appreciation. The area is slowly growing.

I am a little reluctant to share location in the fear that I might lose it.

What do you guys think about these numbers?
