@Ricardo Kendrick. If you plan to live there, you can pull the permit. If not, a licensed contractor must pull permits.

@Ricardo Kendrick If the property was originally a quad, you should be able to convert back. Are you pulling permits for the Reno? Most zoning allow for 2-4 unit You rehab cost may increase but so will you rental income

Hey Ricardo!  Do you plan to house hack?   The rent seems low for a 4bedroom unit.  What is your source for rental amount. 

Could you receive for rent converting back to 4 units?
