Thank you Travis Hewlett

The foreclosure is a bank owned , there’s a no conditions and take “ as it is”. Back in December I made a low offer that was rejected at 200k but since then what I’m hearing is the lawyer won’t take anything under 250k but without inspection or viewing to see the scope of work it’s risky. Where do you find any information about the court of queens bench or judicial sale properties?

Hello everyone, I'm dealing right now with a foreclose property that you can't have access for a viewing ( I know big risk). I'm trying to figure a creative way in my offer to get access to the house and slightly lower the purchase price to make this '' ok deal'' into a '' GREAT DEAL''.

I'm wondering if there's any experience investor with foreclosure in Canada, Alberta that could guide me or give me some tips on how to make this happen.

Thank you very much both of you

Hello member of BP my name is Alex I'm from Canada, Alberta and I recently become member pro to be able to analyze more deal.

I'm a newbie after learning about Real Estate earlier this year with the book '' Rich dad Poor dad'' maybe it sound familiar to some of you and I decide to take my time and educated myself as much as I can before buying my first property and getting in the game. I'm at that first step that scare everyone buying your first one. My main strategy would be House hacking, rental property then trying if I can deal with flipping a house to gain capital and then repeat.
