I'm thinking about using a property management app to help organize and provide better quality to my tenants. What are your guys opinions? There are tons out there. What would be a good one to use and worked will for you guys?

Hey guys, 

I am new to real estate investing, I have been reading and listing to podcasts over two years now. So my goal for 2023 is to purchase my first small multifamily rental by August. I'm the type of person that learns hands on and talking with others to accomplish the task, so I can ask as many questions as I can.
