Hi any landlords in San Francisco,

I'm renting out my condo for the first time and need a handyperson for some bits and bobs, main things are:

- slipped underhanging sink

- faucet disconnecting from bathroom counter and low water pressure

Example of other things are:

- dowel slipping from hole in kitchen cabinetry

- some caulking

If you know anyone good, please pass on the reference.  Thank you!

Thanks Amit - could you recommend a good flooring company?

There is no concern for noise below - there is no one below.

Thanks so much for the feedback.  I actually have hardwood floors in the living areas.  The carpets would be for the bedroom.  I just went to a carpet store and they were trying to push wool berber.  It looks nice, but I am not sure it is great for a rental.  Any ideas?

I was looking at some synthetic samples, and they just looked cheap.

I'm renting out my 2 bedroom condo in a nice part of San Francisco.  It's going to be a mid-to higher end rental (for san francisco).  I'm going to be picky about my tenants, so want to get a carpet that does not look cheap, but does not cost me the earth, and is relatively durable.

I have had a quote for a nylon plush carpet (light brown) for $22 per square yard (including installation and 6lb pad) - I have no idea if this is a good deal.

I am a newbie to this, so any advice would be welcome.

Thanks in Advance
