@Ian Walsh I live abroad and want to invest in US...not 10k miles away.   If you have any other suggestions for someone in my situation that'd be great.

@Evan Polaski

@Evan Polaski Been out of US for nearly 15 years and rarely return, so I have to be realistic that I would be unlikely to make frequent trips.  I would need to rely on someone largely longdistance.  I have family in Florida, but not too sure about that right now.

@Pamela Sandberg

@James Wise Thanks!  It's not so much about limiting markets, but more narrowing down so I'm not aimlessly searching.  That's a very helpful guide to go through!

@Kiera Underwood@Account Closed Thanks for the advice around OKC.  That's good information.  Ideally looking more at cashflow than appreciation.

@Alex Olson I'll PM you!  Would be keen to get some more advice, though I am still early stages.

@Pamela Sandberg@Wes Blackwell Phoenix I hadn't looked at but I do know it's a growing market.  Could be interesting to explore in more detail.

@Brett Peters Wow, those are fantastic rates.  I'm sure they are a bit riskier, but blending that with a couple more "safer" options seems like it could be the beginnings of a good portfolio.

Hi all, new investor here. I live abroad and am looking to invest and hold in either SFH or MFH in the coming months. Since I live abroad, I could look anywhere. Some states I'm considering are Indiana, Georgia, Texas, Missouri, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, and Arizona. Any to add that I should consider?

What about cities?  Would ideally like a list of a few where I can at least start doing some research.

Thanks!
