@Kai Van Leuven It will never fail.

People need a place to live.

People like eating out and shopping etc.

People need a place to work. Real Estate is forever needed and will only grow in demand as the world population dramatically increases.

Only way Real Estate fails is when you fail.

I don’t see RE going anywhere, maybe the physical person. But not the entire entity. Plus Lead and Real Estate have no common ground at all. That is like comparing crayons to glue.

@Saj Shah

One bedroom Apartments by the LAX Airport, about 1000 or so, blew me away when my friend’s father told me he pays that much for a small one bedroom apt. Do not know if they are demolished now,

@Jon Hill

1. Not to smoke cigarettes, such a disgusting and nasty habit I formed, while in the military. But thankfully i can still run a 6 min mile, perks of being young I guess haha. No one wants to do business with an ashtray is everyone tells me.

2. To read 40 books revolving around Real Estate, Taxes, Debt and insurance and also investing.

3. No medical advice just my opinions I am not a certified medical professional

Get back in the gym and become my 20 year old self again. Weighed 185 lbs currently 200 lbs and was able to bench 315lbs Deadlift and squat which i kept the same weight of 600 lbs. Use to be a certified fitness trainer and my opinion, and what I have learned from studying and personal experience that Deadlifts, and squats should be kept in the same rep range and weight to minimize muscle imbalances and reduce the risk of blowing your knees out and lower back.

4. To have my Real Estate License and invest every ounce of me and my life into Real estate. Totally live it, just be engrossed by it like a vine bush covering a wall. I want to eat, breath, sleep Real estate I am 25 years old and I have no excuse’s on why I can’t or shouldn’t thrust myself out into the real world and not some factory. I served in the Army, but I have been scared like a coward to change the direction and path I have been on, which is not like me at all. I have way to much ambition and drive and such big goals and dreams to be confined to the same job every night, doing a mundane redundant task 1000 times a night working 84 hours a week to bring in a measly $1000 or so $$ home. When i can take 84 hours a week an apply them towards being a Real estate agent acquiring as much knowledge and hopefully unlock financial freedom not just for me but my family and friends etc when i start investing.

5. Hopefully meet someone who would be kind enough to mentor a young man as myself. Though if I do achieve my dreams and goals I will take what i know and learned and pass it down in an honest and respectful manner as we all should live amongst each other.

@Joel Owens

My main goal is to be in commercial. But I don’t have the money to wait 6-12 months, to close a deal nor the experience.

If you could move this to Residential Real Estate, that would be awesome. Sense i am still learning to navigate the Biggerpockets App. I’ll look into the Commercial Real Estate forums.

I am about to go to Century 21, for training to acquire my License, to be an agent.

Are you allowed to pick a focus. When working with a company like Century 21?

Do you carpool or just meet at the location that you are showing?

What can I expect as a 25 year old male in our current economy and political state as a country?

I plan on visiting Century 21 in Winchester, TN around the end of December for RE classes/Training. I just want to change my life as well as others around me.

I would like to know, if this field of work is a cut throat type of business (which i assume it is). Though I hope it isn’t.

I just want to be an Agent for about 3-5 years and then possibly become a broker giving me the opportunities to learn the ins and outs, tips, tricks and loop holes of Real estate. I’d eventually like to own Multi family housing. I’m not interested in single family housing being it is high risk. Possibly ill do one house to get landlord experience and property management skills. I am young and I understand being young you want things done fast and not have to wait. Well I am here to play the long term waiting game. Long term passive income sounds more appealing then a fix and flip.
