Hey @Ron Dancy I am currently funding a bridge loan on a flip and have funded a flip previously. I would like to continue to do similar projects. Both projects are/were in Ohio, but I currently live in Boston and would like to do business in this region or Ohio (as I recently moved from there). This being said I will still consider out of state opportunities!

I am an investor interested in private lending opportunities to help finance deals and rehabs. I already have a few lending deals under my belt and am looking for more!
