Anyone have any interesting tax benefits that I could use in the Houston Texas real estate market or any general tax advice? Any CPA’s in the Houston area or tax advisors?

Welcome! I’m also fairly new, 20 years old and started with nothing but $10K and all of it was scattered from Stocks, Bitcoin, ROTH IRAs to emergency fund. Honestly, just start by looking around, look on apps. I would first try to get into contact with an appraiser or a really good lender. Those are the people who can really hook up a good deal or tell you whether the numbers don’t make sense. Good luck!

Anyone have any properties here in the Houston? I would like some feed back on my recent purchase of my new house. I just started out my real estate journey, being only 20 years old and just buying a house. I feel that I started earlier than a lot of people but that puts me ahead for my future goal of owning 10 properties by the age of 30. Anyone interested in helping me achieve this in the houston area?
