@Ray Harrell Are we sure the parents aren't on the lease? I'm assuming they are involved somehow. I'm guessing that he didn't just dig up his tenant's parents' address or phone number and contact them randomly. I'm assuming they were brought in by her, or are on the lease.

Hello All! I just wanted to post this note here as I'm new to the BP community & want to extend an open invitation to connect, chat, network, and share with one another! A bit about me: Alex here, a 24 year old living about 10 miles North of Boston. By day, I'm in B2B Software sales, but have always had a strong interest in the concept of financial freedom through the vehicle of real estate investing. I'm still very much learning & navigating, but am motivated to purchase my first property within the year - likely an owner-occupied FHA.
