Thanks so much for your comment, @Michael Baum.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find anyone yet because my region - Germany - has very strong regulations for short term rentals. That's why I am searching here on BiggerPockets. Yes, the test pilots/first customers I would also offer it for free for limited time to learn and optimize the processes

I would like to know more about airbnb management/co hosting in Europe. Possibly there is someone here on BiggerPockets who is already doing this and would like to network.
