 Saw you were interested in Cleveland so I figured you'd get some value out of reading The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods. I also have similar guides that you may want to look over for Kansas City, Missouri. & Birmingham, Alabama.

I am a Swedish investor and I´m about to invest/buy a house or two in Cleveland Ohio to lease. I’m searching for recommendations on property management firms.
