@Mike S. my though process is to use an llc to write off the interest on the mortgage if possible, maybe i am going about it incorrectly. I would like to convert the home i purchase to a investment property which again i thought using an llc would benefit me w/ tax write offs as well as asset protection.

I am looking into buying my first house (that is a multi family) with a VA Loan. my plan is in a year to put it under an LLC S-Corp. would it be beneficial to put it in a land trust as the llc for the beneficiary? Or is there another way i could be missing?

I would also like to know if it would be beneficial if i would get the same tax write offs a LLC S-Corp would recieve? Is there anything else i should consider as well?
