So the tile is laid on cement flooring which was done in 2001 when the site was built. I'm not sure when this issue initially occurred but it comes back every year in the same areas.

The way it looks make it seem like it is coming from underneath. These areas arent exposed the areas with alot of water. However, the crew that does it does use water when stripping it, so its possible too much is being used or that its not being dried properly?

Hey all,

My site has encountered an issue with its linoleum floor tiling and no one is sure about the cause. Here's a linked folder with images detailing the issue.

In short there appears to be dirty, abrasive spots forming at the seams of where adjoining tiles meet. This issue is seen through the site and predominantly on the ground (1st) floor.

Any ideas what this issue is a result of?
