@Allan Smith You assume I already have a contract signed, which I don't. There are several investors, such as Ron LeGrand, that say one can assign a lease purchase with a T/B back to the seller to collect an assignment fee. If you don't know how to answer a question, or don't know what posters are talking about, stay out of the conversation. Thank you.

How does one assign a contract with a buyer back to the seller to collect an assignment fee? What verbiage is used in the contracts?

I bought John's online course, LeasingToBuy on May 31st. I thought that the course materials were very sloppily prepared, with little detail given on how to do transactions. The contracts were not editable online, and I couldn't access the webinar recordings. So, I waited until the course materials would arrive in the mail. I waited the full 10 business days with no package. I then disputed the charge with my credit card company and the SAME DAY I receive a notification that the package was being sent! Well, imagine that! I received said package the next day and promptly sent it back UNOPENED. I emailed John Jackson several times, documenting my steps, with no reply at all. Now, I find that I am REBILLED from John Jackson, without the course materials!! He even has a money back guarantee!! He doesn't have the common courtesy to respond, and, according to my credit card company, HAS TO RESPOND TO MY DISPUTE! He has not attempted to contact me at all. I am now reviewing options on getting that refund. AVOID JOHN JACKSON'S COURSE!!
