Hi Everyone,

I am looking to invest in my first multifamily property between 5-10 units. Florida is the first market I was looking into. Does anyone know of good cash flow markets in Florida? I was looking at Kissimmee, Port Saint Lucie, and Fort Lauderdale. Kissimmee seems to be more focused on STR but wanted to know if there are inventory of multifamily there.

Thank you for your reply. That’s great! They told me their coaches are at the high level and yes they guarantee the first deal if you do the mentorship program. Is this a program that is good for anyone that doesn’t have experience?

I wanted to know if anyone has done Michael Blank's multifamily mentorship program and if it's worth it. They have 3 Tiers: 

1. Follow the program yourself,

2. Coaching for 6 months,

3. Mentorship which is for 1 year, guarantees your first deal and if you haven't gotten a deal after 1 year,  they continue to work with you until you get your first deal.
