Thank you to all 3 of you for your input. I am trying to begin networking before I even get down there, and can hopefully learn some of the lingo and strategies around here before I move. This has boosted my confidence in taking this route, I really appreciate it. Any recommendations for education on this type of lead generation? I understand our target properties will be different from most. 

Hello BP community I am excited to finally get on here! I am preparing to move to Florida this July and start my Real Estate Career there. I have been running with the idea of specializing in Investors, as that is what first lead me to the industry. My thought is that it will be a great window into actual investing processes and a way to make the connections I want for my investing career. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on it and maybe connect with some agents who are already doing this.
