Texas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Oregon, Indiana, Wyoming, Missouri, Colorado, Florida, California Ohio, North Carolina, Massachusetts, and Alabama are mutual release states.

I use seller addendums to release EMD if it doesn't work before inspection period ends
