In person this time?

What’s going on everyone! I’m a realtor currently licensed in MD and doing most of my business on the eastern shore. I currently do not have any investments YET but I have an awesome team around me and I’ve learned and continue to learn every day. Sounds like a lot of people here are relatively new it would be awesome to do a virtual meet up. @Alex Failaev and I have done this before with a few others, it would be awesome to get more people involved. Also congrats to everyone on finding BP it’s an incredible place to learn and meet awesome like minded people. 

@Kaylee Pratt being an agent myself it is frustrating to deal with unresponsive agents. Responsiveness is a huge factor especially if investors are offering on multiple properties or have others in the pipeline they want to move on.

I will also have to say that an agent with a good team is important. Do they have a great contractor? Title agent? Lenders? Are they actually on a sales team that gives you a better advantage to selling quickly? All these factors contribute to an agent who will be able to provide you with top notch service!

Hello BP! My name is Alex Archer, I am a licensed Realtor serving Maryland’s eastern shore. I first got my license 2 years ago and just a few weeks ago decided to take the jump into being a full time agent. 

Prior to being a full time agent I was a contractor specializing in high end remodels and custom home construction. I’ve been involved in the construction industry ever since I was young wether I was helping a family friend here and there or swinging a hammer full time I have always been around real estate in some capacity. Construction was a blast and now I’m ready to pivot my career and work on building my investment portfolio.

 Now that you know a little bit about me I want to know a little bit about others in the space in my area. I searched on BP for an investors meet up group on the shore and have not found one yet. I want to know, are there any groups out there and if not would you guys come to a meet up if I started one?
