Hello everyone, my name is Alex, I'm 26 and live in the south of France.

I work as technical sale engineer and beside I invest in real estate in order to be financially independant in 10/15 years. This is my goal.

I started invest in real estate in 2011 with a small appartment in my city (Aix en Provence), I renovated it and lived in for 4 years. Now it's rented for 740€/month.

At this moment I realized even more the opportunity to make a lot of money in real estate. I just bought a big appartment to live in with my girlfriend.

So my next project is planned in 2016, after everything in this new appartment will be done.

I plan to buy a residential property, a whole building to get a good price by m2. I try to find the more profitable building, with 5/6 appartments of different sizes.

On this type of project with a loan, you can get a cashflow between 300 and 500€ (and more depending on investment) / month.

And I plan to do a project like this each year (or 2)

I'm here to read and learn about experiences from you all around the world, and also get advices even if laws are differents in each country, main business is the same.

I travel often in USA so maybe one day I will start investing there :)
