@Art Ritter Thanks for the good advice.....do you have any recommendations relative to a friendly or knowledgeable REI attorney and CPA? Thanks.....we've had some previous business with Robert Massi Esq.....good but pricey.

@Arin Whedbee Good question! Honesty and full disclosure is the best policy. I trust that when the potential seller contacts an REI, they know up front that you are an REI? As a seller, they will know up front that you are in the business as an investor in the Real Estate industry and that you are in business to make money. If they ask you what you intend to do with the property, its best to be upfront and say that you plan on selling it to one of your contacts. Conveying or assigning a contract to a cash buyer is essentially selling them the rights to the contract you have with the seller. Be straight forward, I trust that you're in REI business for the long haul.

@Danny Johnson Thanks Danny.....if we signed up for the current version of REImobile, will that allow us to transition onto the FlipPilot platform seamlessly?  Also, for clarification, you mentioned the phone tracking for LeadPropeller...does it forward leads to the REImobile platform.  Thanks again!

@Michael Hayes....Hi Michael....I'm considering LeadPropeller as well.  I just checked out a Investor Carrot webinar a couple of days ago and I believe that they are killing it but the entry point is too steep for us at this time.  Are you using the REImobile set up as well?  I understand the TN market is on fire? Good luck investing!

@Chris Uhler....Hi Chris....if you don't mind me asking you if you are still using LeadPropeller, if so how effective is it generating leads for you?  Also, are you using their REImobile application as well?

Thanks Chris!

@Danny Johnson  I really like what I've seen on leadpropeller and REImobile!  Is the phone tracking feature been implemented?  We currently use Podio sync'd with Vumber....it works fairly well.
