Or if you belong to a REIA (real estate investing association) there in Miami, there has to be one or two of them also in the group. OR, most likely there are members who have run into issues and have a lawyer or two that they know.

You definitely want someone that specializes in real estate and even more specifically in whatever issue you are running into.

Hi Raymond, I'm new to investing and own already my first property. I want to set up a trustee and possibly use an LLC to manage it. I need guidance on the right steps to take. My father-in-law has been investing in real estate for 20 years. He also needs some guidance on updating his way to manage and protecting his investments, he also need to create a will.
