Hi Phillip, I stopped developing it.

I've got all available APN's in my county, and then I compared information that I can get from county web site with info that listsource selling... And there is BIG difference.

From county website I can only get info about property address and owner address and some other data, I cannot get info about last transaction, owner age, property s.q.ft, lot s.q.ft, owner name,  number of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc.

Plus it's looong process to scrape data from county website, so I decided to buy this info from lead services.

Also it might be helpful to use applications that are tracking your path, for example MapMyRun, this kind of apps designed for sport activity and they are tracking your path, so you'll not drive same street 2 times.
