Hey!

I'm a guy in his mid 20's, living in Europe. My background is in online marketing. Made low 7 figures over the years in profits pushing various health products on Facebook Ads, Google Adwords etc. as an affiliate. Lately been reading up on real estate investing because 1) I want to start building up my personal equity 2) the idea of investing in real estate excites me.

I'm currently researching residential properties in the EU that I could buy but I figured why not leverage my marketing background in order to learn more about the real estate market. I could probably setup and optimize lead generation funnels for acquiring various RE leads (eg. foreclosure leads) worldwide. I figure not not only would I learn more about the real estate market but I could also use this as a tool for building out my own network.

Looking for feedback - is lead generation (both on the selling and buying side) something that is highly sought after in the RE community or I should just stick to my guns, use the funds that I have for personal investments and forget about lead generation for RE?

Thanks!
