Welcome Aleksandra and congratulations. Do you live in Montreal now? Which part of the city is the property. 

 Hi Michael, thanks for the welcome :-) I currently live in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, a smaller town about 40 minutes south of Montreal. That's also where the property is, pretty close to the local college (Cegep - no university here) and still walking distance to the town center. How about you - do you invest in Baltimore? What makes you want to invest in Quebec rather than some excellent markets closer to you?
