I am a property manager all over the Triad, and our market is still very reliant on analysis that is street by street and dependent on the condition of the property or the renovation. Lots of great streets in N and NE Winston Salem into Walkertown!

Quote from @Tony Clark:

My name is Tony, and I work with the Biggerpockets Featured Agent Program!

We’re looking for a few real estate agents in Greensboro to fill a couple openings in our featured agent program, so if you’re an agent I’d love to talk with you about receiving what I personally think are some of the best leads on the market!

Think of it this way - there are millions of Biggerpockets members, podcast listeners, and Youtube subscribers who are actively investing - BUT THEY DON’T HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE LIKE YOU DO.

That’s where you come in - we need rockstar agents like you to connect these leads with.

If you’re interested in learning more about receiving leads from Biggerpockets or know someone who’s interested, just send me a message and we can start a conversation to see if it would be a fit for you. Or, just message me if you want to talk more about it.

Keep crushing it!

How about Property Managers? I would love to be added to that list!

Quote from @Patricia Mendoza:

Hi Bonnie, one property which it’s a town house it’s going good, Im renting it per room but I feel that last year I got more inquiries than this year. I’m going to try to rent it the whole unit and see how that works out.

The other single house it went quickly as soon as I put it available but it’s 2/1 unit and I’m allowing pets and it has a big back yard.

I live close to Durham but prices are going high.

Fayetteville it’s cheap but haven’t heard anything positive. I work with nurses that have worked in the area and they said that’s the worst places to work.

So far I like Winston Salem and Greensboro, I’m doing a contract my self in one of the hospitals there.

I am a MTR and LTR Property Manager all over the Triad, I would love to discuss!
