@Kyle Mitchell not sure what you mean by areas? Location? or focus? As far as location goes, only central Ohio at this point. I would look at opportunities else where, but central Ohio is where I live and where my network is so it is generally easier for me. As far as focus, mostly smaller apartment complexes (6-12 units).
