I'm beginning in real estate and finally decided to take action after listening and reading and doing all the research I can on REI. I've finally came across a home I feel is in a great area with great schools and Comps look very good. House is 80k with and ARV of 160k. Renovation cost should be 35-40k on the top end. I went to the home earlier today and looked around. Everything is solid. I'm reaching out to ask about funding this deal. If anyone had any recommendations to hard money lenders they've worked with in NE Ohio it would be greatly appreciated. I'd also be more than happy to go over the numbers and details with private investors as I believe this is a great deal. Thank you for your time.

I've been working in construction for some years now and recently started working at a company that does insurance claims for homes and does anything from Framing, roofing, siding, to painting and decks. I made this transition simply to learn as much as I can hands on before I jump into Fix and Flips. My question is, I've been thinking about creating an LLC for home remodeling but am not sure how to obtain one, and would also like to know, does having an LLC bring any value to someone that also Flips homes?
