@Aaron K. I get that, I appreciate you opinions, that's why i'm on here! I take it all into consideration. I am considering going ahead and getting my real estate license and tackling this later. I don't want to rush any decision.
The reason I was looking for a paid mentor is because I have no experience in Real Estate and I personally would rather get instructions from someone who is successful, why try and reinvent the wheel? Sure, people learn online all the time, I just think if i want to be where my goals are set I should get mentored by someone who has had success AND when they teach others that successs is constant (if the work is put in).
There's not really a way to fully know if the program is worth value for money unless I really sought out those who are in or been in the program and if my perspetive is that paying for a mentor is worth it. Maybe if I find some extra time (haha) then I will see if i can contact others in the course and post it here.

@Aaron K. They provide exact step by step instructions and you can tell they WANT to help you. They have weekly phone calls and won't get off the phone untill they answer all your questions or tell you exactly what to do/whats not working. They claim that you can close a lead in 30 and high success rate. I've contacted people who did the program and they say it's great, and they have those podcasts with testimonials of many people going through the program. And to be honest, the fact that they teach tithing in their program and are Christians helps me trust them.
I've done a ton of research on it cause $5000 for a program is a lot. So it's hard to try to explain my reasoning in a post.

@Aaron K. I agree, there is a lot of gurus out there. This one is different and I hoping to grab the attention of others on BiggerPockets who have stumbled upon this mentor program.

@Lee Ripma That's interesting i've always heard that while it may be really tough, wholesaling is higher margins. I will for sure look into becoming an agent first and start part-time, that may be the most financially viable option too.

Thanks for your imput, @Lee Ripma! Is the wholesaling market still doing well? I've heard that doing asignment contracts for wholesaling have started to die down as far as the legality questions and bad rep some people give it, but maybe that's just coming from the skeptics!

I am a recent college graduate working in a start-up (so I know how to hustle) that pays 35k a year. My plan was to move to Nashville in Septembber to still work this job full-time but go head on into the program by Tom and Cody. Now I will be having to put some things on credit and put a lot on risk to take this massive action, and I know to do this i need a mentor/program like these guys. I just need confirmation that getting involved in wholesaling in Nashville and doing this program is authentic, if so i will go all in. I have gotten a lot of negative talks from people in Memphis that thinks i'm making the wrong decision by doing this, so I don't want to go in with an ounce of doubt.
I would love any sort of feedback on this! Thanks guys
