Looking for recommendation in Midland TX for property manager. I have a 3/2 House in Midland and would prefer someone manage it for me. And if you have recommendations for software/apps you guys use to manage your properties I'll be happy to check them out.  TY.

Yes. I'll rather stick with specific groups on FB. Just be aware FB users are not as serious as folks on BP.

I had an out of state landlord when I lived in FL. We deposited cash directly into the bank and sent him a picture of the deposit slip for evidence. You can also use online services such as Zelle or Venmo.
