I started as a wholesaler, and done 3 deal so far in 2months doing cold calling from lists I’ve got. I’m clueless when it comes to the process of getting a home for myself to flip though? Considering I usually offer cash offers as a wholesaler and the buyer ends up paying . How can I re move the buyer and purchase it myself ? Questions : -Do I put the home under my name or LLC ? -If I don’t have full cash to buy the home do I have to get a regular loan ? - I’ve known others have multiple properties at once that are getting flipped; but I also know their not their personal funds , so is one able to get a loan to purchase multiple distressed homes ? Im confused in a lot of ways, any advice or article or book or YouTube video if can’t give me full answers? Honestly anything will help as I wanna be a full time wholesaler/ flipper .

Want to buy my first 4plex under a first time home buyer loan , I figured I rather buy that then a regular home. Any Tips and advice on what to look for when it comes to A 4plex as an investment. And things I should be careful that may be signs of bad investment?

Well since im fairly new to the industry im still trying to get a house under contract to whole sale , which is why im concerned when i do find a motivated seller i wont know exactly how much to buy the property for or negotiate the final price for it. So im wondering if there is any good way or system to that i can learn to Value a home when i do get a motivated seller.

I’m wondering what’s the best way to know how much you should buy a property. For example, My market is usually in the high 500k. How can I determine how much I should buy the property for cash. What’s recommendations do you advice for me to value a house to be able to negotiate with seller and make profit .
