Our city is seeing explosive growth especially in the rental market. The inner city especially sees substantially high ROI. Is any one interested in buying rental property in Milwaukee WI that is managed and cash flowing? Lets put a deal together!

Here's my take as an investor, realtor, contractor and PM. Our Philosophy is we dont care about the area its the property we care about. We only manage properties that are rehabbed. When we interview our owners (yes we interview owners) for management opportunities we provide a scope of work that needs to be completed before we take over as PM. This ensures that the we wont have to spend much time in the war zones tending to tedious repairs and complaints from tenants. What makes the war zones solid is that once you have a tenant and if said tenant can actually afford to pay rent, the chances of them moving is low because in most cases they cant afford to move (sad but reality) and if the property is well maintained they don't want to move.

I have an awesome project under contract In Wisconsin and we close on the 20th. I have HM lending in place but Im looking for alternatives. I have two funding scenarios that I would like to share. If you are interested in solid return please lets talk ASAP.

120K purchase

60k rehab

250-260k ARV

Was looking at wholesaling this deal but I decided to rehab it myself

<here is the whole sale listing>
