Sorry, didn't see the link. But when I went there there were no details on the property. It's just a way for you to advertise your company and services to me. Thanks but no Thanks. I don't think you are using that Biggerpockets Service the way it was intended.

Hi Charles,

If by Turnkey you mean you can get everything done for me, why aren't you doing it? Also what are the property details? # beds, baths, acres, school district, neighborhood etc.?

Hi Raymond, I don't know this person personally, but she came highly recommended by another CPA as one who is very familiar with Self Directed IRA's etc, so maybe she is someone who can help you out. Her name is Anne E. Holliday CPA, and her office is at the Pease Trade Port. Sorry, but that's all this post lets me give you on her information.

They are closed Fridays, during the "off season", so taxes are her bread and butter.

Hi Stephen, Stay away from Rochester. Terrible place to invest in, and it's MINE!!!!! Just kidding! I don't know about the flipping part of it, but on the Rental Property side, there seems to be a lot of people jumping on the bandwagon here. They're paying too much, and driving the prices up. Seems like it's headed towards a repeat of 2005-2008 era. At that time I looked at the Duplex I now live in, and they were asking crazy prices. Someone paid $275,000 for it. They went bust, and a local Rehabber picked it up for $80,000. Fixed it up and sold it to me for $150,000. We both made out, but he did better than I did.  Good luck to you and welcome to Bigger Pockets, and the beautiful state of NH. I'm a transplant too. Originally from Milwaukee Wisconsin, but I moved here in 1972, from Vietnam.

Hi Anthony, Jay Comstock is a BP member, and he runs these. Look him up and get on his mailing list for the next meeting. I haven't seen anything since.

There is a survey done by UNH each year Bryce. It's actually put out by the NH Housing Authority, and it's actual Landlords (like me-I participate) filling out the information, and it's broken down by city. I'm just not sure how to get it to you. Last time I tried to put an email address in one of these it wouldn't let me post it. Maybe you can call me at work and give me your email address. Just tried to give you me work phone number, but it won't post that either. Any idea's?

Hi Bryce. I was just kidding about trading PC learning, but if you know of anyone who teaches that stuff, at a reasonable price, please let me know.

P.S. Most of what I know was found on BP, so your all set there.

Welcome to BP Bryce. i live in Farmington NH. Any time you want to come up and teach me how to set up, adjust settings, and trouble shoot my PC, I'll give you all the advice I have for free.

Hi Jennifer, Don't know if it helps or not, but they are meeting at the Blue Latitudes Restaurant in Dover at 5:30 PM tonight, and they have a Hard Money Lender speaking. (431 Central av. Dover)

Jay Comstock is the organizer. He's a local Property Manager, and a BP Member
